As part of the Industry Training Federation’s 2009 Conference theme ‘Skills That Add Value’, Deb Paul and Virginia Sanders presented a case study of a mentoring programme currently being delivered at Metroglass Tech.

The DVD and power point presentation of ‘Mentoring: A Case Study’ details how the company went about setting up a mentoring programme. It explains what ‘mentoring’ meant to the the individuals and company alike from the view point of management, the coordinator and the apprentice.
