It is the recommendation
of the Joinery Industry Training Organisation that the following minimum
wage rates, based on the core rate paid in the factory in which the apprentice
is employed, should apply to the apprentice for the duration of the Training
Agreement.
Where an exemption
of time has been granted this time should be regarded as hours served
for the purpose of calculating wage rates.
